Show Summary

GAME RECAPS

ACC

(7:50) — Florida State 20, Boston College 17: Dan points to different factors — such as the weather — that gave Boston College more of a chance. The Seminoles continued to struggle in stopping the run, and Boston College was capable of taking advantage. Dan and Ty also discuss Jameis Winston’s tussle with a referee.

(12:45) — Wake Forest 6, Virginia Tech 3: Dan says this game set back the ACC considerably. The offenses on both teams were awful, Dan says with an accurate comparison.

SEC

(15:00) — Arkansas 30, Ole Miss: Ty discusses what Dan and Ty have thought throughout the season, Arkansas is getting better. The defense has been the story the last couple of games, surprisingly.

PAC 12

(25:00) — UCLA 38, USC 20: The Bruins ran away with this game in the middle of the second quarter behind a great game from Brett Hundley. This game proved again to Dan that USC is severely lacking depth, so he doesn’t want to hold Steve Sarkisian fully accountable, yet.

BIG 12

(34:10) — Kansas State 26, West Virginia 20: Jake Waters has a big day for the Wildcats, while Mountaineer turnovers may have been the biggest difference in the game, Ty says. Dan points out that Kansas State had a grand total of 1 yard rushing.

(35:45) — Baylor 49, Oklahoma State 28: Baylor’s defense was good enough, Dan says, as the Bears looked the part of a top-6 team.

(37:45) — Oklahoma 44, Kansas 7: Dan and Ty discuss Samaje Perine’s historic day, breaking the long-held rushing record of Melvin Gordon.

BIG 10

(40:20) — Illinois 16, Penn State 14: Ty says that at some point there needs to be questions about both Christian Hackenberg and James Franklin as the Nittany Lions’ have regressed throughout the season.
